Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

At Martin Bennie Photography, I take great care to ensure all prints, products, and services meet a high standard. Due to the nature of photography and made-to-order items, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Prints & Physical Products

All fine art prints and physical items are produced to order.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind once an order has been placed.

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photographic evidence

If the issue is confirmed, I will offer:

  • A replacement print, or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation

Photography Services (Portraits, Shoots, Commissions)

  • Deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice, and I will do my best to accommodate a new date

  • If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather or illness), a full refund or alternative date will be offered

Photography Tours & Tuition

  • Cancellations made:

    • More than 7 days in advance → Full refund

    • 3–7 days before → 50% refund

    • Less than 72 hours → No refund

  • Tours may be adjusted due to weather conditions. Where possible, alternative locations or dates will be offered.

Digital Products (if applicable)

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless faulty or unusable
