Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
At Martin Bennie Photography, I take great care to ensure all prints, products, and services meet a high standard. Due to the nature of photography and made-to-order items, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Prints & Physical Products
All fine art prints and physical items are produced to order.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographic evidence
If the issue is confirmed, I will offer:
A replacement print, or
A full refund, depending on the situation
Photography Services (Portraits, Shoots, Commissions)
Deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice, and I will do my best to accommodate a new date
If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather or illness), a full refund or alternative date will be offered
Photography Tours & Tuition
Cancellations made:
More than 7 days in advance → Full refund
3–7 days before → 50% refund
Less than 72 hours → No refund
Tours may be adjusted due to weather conditions. Where possible, alternative locations or dates will be offered.
Digital Products (if applicable)
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless faulty or unusable
